## Fotokite Live: Streamlined Support Experience with In-App Ticketing

Support requests can now be created even more easily using the new support form in Fotokite Live (or via [www.fotokite.com/support](https://www.fotokite.com/support)).

## **Fotokite Live: Small bugfixes and updates**

* With the latest version of Windows, confirmation by the user is required for the use of network services. Fotokite Live supports this process and offers assistance if the confirmation is not available.
* We have fixed a bug where error messages were not removed from the Remote Livestream screen.
* We have corrected minor spelling mistakes.

## Flight behavior improvements

With this update, we are bringing improvements in the firmware of the kite propulsion system which should further enhance its reliability.

This update features additional safety checks regarding health of the Sigma system before take-off and while flying to avoid any critical failures.&#x20;

Furthermore, we have done several bug-fixes to improve the flight stability.

## Improvements in updating the system software

This update should improve the user experience and enhance the reliability of updating the firmware on the Sigma system.
