| | Version |
| --------------- | -------------- |

| Fotokite System | Production v47 |

## System Connect

System Connect, accessible via Main Menu, simplifies the connection between the command tablet and a Fotokite System. In addition, the Ground Station internet connection can be managed directly from the main System Connect view.

* Main Menu items like System Info, System Update, and the Video Library are hidden when not connected to a system.
* By default, only the 5 GHz network of the Ground Station is displayed in the network list. You still have the option to switch to a 2.4 GHz network by clicking the button Show 2 GHz Networks.
* Systems that have been successfully connected to a command tablet are displayed in the main System Connect view with an image based on the type of Fotokite System configuration connected (Roof Top Box, Transport Case, or Tray Mount).
* The Fotokite System can now be directly connected to a more robust internet connection via System Connect (Internet over Wi-Fi).
* The mobile network connection, the provider, and the signal quality can now be checked directly via the System Connect view (Internet over Mobile Data).
* The previous menu selection, Ground Station settings, can now be accessed via the Options menu under "Advanced Settings" in System Connect.
* Now, Fotokite Live will only show the applicable features for your particular set-up.

## System Update v2

The new and revised system update simplifies the installation process and gives more useful error messages.

* All system components are updated automatically at one time.
* During the update, a distinction is made between download and installation. The user can now abort the download while it is in process.
* All error messages have been revised. They now provide a clear description of the error and a suggested solution for the user. In most cases, the user can click directly on the hint or error message to be redirected to the page where they can address the error.
* Before Fotokite Live restarts after an update, a restart dialog is displayed for a few seconds.
* During a system update, the camera will be started automatically (if it was turned off).
* For advanced users: Fotokite Live can also be updated without a connection to a ground station. The corresponding menu item can be found under Fotokite Live and Options.

  * Problem solution suggestion for the user
* Revised the message content
* Standardization of message color coding.
  * Neutral (black/white): Note for the user, can be ignored
  * Orange: Warning, action required by the user

  * Only the most important warnings are shown. Warnings irrelevant to the user are hidden.

## Performance Improvements

The internal architecture of Fotokite Live has been completely overhauled creating a smoother and more responsive user experience.

## Other Improvements
