## DroneSense Plugin <a href="#maintenance-release" id="maintenance-release"></a>

DroneSense is a drone management and collaboration platform designed for law enforcement, fire and rescue services, and emergency management organisations.

The new subscription-based Fotokite DroneSense Plugin enables customers to integrate Fotokite systems with DroneSense, allowing them to stream live video and manage their drone fleet through the DroneSense platform.

## Security and Reliability Improvements

This firmware update improves sensor reliability, RTB movement detection, and pulling-force behaviour.

* The force sensor calibration is now checked and saved across power cycles.
* The pulling force algorithm was improved to prevent wind, low forces, outdated sensor data, and other disturbances from affecting system behaviour, resulting in more stable performance.
* The accelerometer filtering was refined to reduce high-frequency noise and provide cleaner motion data. In addition, several safety fixes were introduced for the flight estimator.
* The Rooftop Box movement detection was improved.
* Finally, several internal refactors and code-quality improvements were implemented to further enhance system reliability and maintainability.

## Fotokite API

A new version of the Fotokite API is now available, including additional endpoints related to the Rooftop Box.
